About Stretch and Fold
Tash brings the creativity in her fluid yoga flows, encouraging students to really notice what their energy is calling for in the moment and how they can move in a way that feels natural, challenging, and ultimately joyful. You’ll leave class with a smile on your face every time. What she loves most is to bring people together, to meet with friends old and new over delicious food and wine. Now she gets the pleasure of combining her two passions in the form of Stretch and Fold with her partner and baker
Mark is a recent convert to the baking scene. After dipping a toe in a couple years back at a pastry course at Dusty Knuckle, and a Sourdough course at E5 in London he decided to take the plunge and start baking full time. After a year at Niemeijer learning the ropes he now Abakes full time at Fort Negen. Alongside this, he has spent the last few months doing a Stretch and Fold weekly bake day with Tash, delivering across the city to pick up points and making a delicious selection of bread and pastries.
One day we want to open our own space. A beautiful design led yoga studio with a big focus on community. Full of down to earth teachers and students alike. Alongside an incredible bakery, with a focus on local seasonal produce, sourdough of your dreams, utterly delicious pastries and a simple delicious food offering. It will be a place with a buzz about it, an effervescent hubbub, a place to bump into people, a place to put a smile on your face.
